Being lazy creates something amazing sometimes.

I had been wanting to try the Vital Protein’s Collagen Peptides Powder. I stopped drinking flavored protein, but I wanted to give their Vanilla flavor a shot because I cannot handle the flavor of gelatin powder itself, which I used to put directly into my protein shake. It would solidify at the bottom of the shaker along with crushed banana and yikes… I probably could have consumed it a better way, but past me was stubbornly lazy.

If I were to consume something, I’d rather be able to enjoy it instead of just chugging it down for the sake of health.

So here it is, the ultimate super delicious packed with protein frappuccino!

Ingredients

Vital Protein Collagen Peptides (Vanilla)

I’ll be honest. It is very sweet. Ethan doesn’t like the after taste of stevia, so it was a no for him. But when it comes to trying to make a yummy shake, it’s good to include the sweetness since you won’t be adding any other sweetener.

Raw Whey Protein

Protein powder is very questionable when it comes to its level of processing. So I’ve been trying to stick with the best option out there, which is the Cold pressed undenatured Raw Whey Protein Powder. Since it’s not a stable protein, I do not recommend it to be used for baking or any other recipes that require heating. Keep it RAW!

Frozen Banana

I used my Frozen Choc Banana PB Bites because I had no frozen banana in hand at the time, but you can definitely add frozen banana and some peanut butter instead! The chocolate shell around the banana bites actually add nice chocolate chipness, but it is completely optional. I made one with frozen banana and peanut butter the other day and it turned out just as amazing.

Add-ins

Feel free to add some cinnamon, chia seeds, coco powder, or anything else you like to add to your shake!
